Numa tigela funda ,adicione o trigo ,e o queijo ralado ,misture bem . Aos poucos vá adicionando a margarina ,até que consiga forma uma massa homogênea que desgrude das mãos ,mas que deve ser úmida e macia  .

Se julgar necessário acrescente mais farinha de trigo ou margarina ,para obter o ponto exato .

Unte uma assadeira retangular com um pouco de margarina ,e então comece a modelar seus salgadinhos de queijo que podem ter o formato da foto ,ou ser redondinhos. Com um garfo pressione levemente seus salgadinhos  pra fazer marquinhas ,por fim pincele a gema por todos eles .
