- Yeast flour210 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Ambient Butter40 g
- Mustard1 dessert spoon
- Salt to taste
- Milk100 ml
- Mix all the ingredients (the salt mix in the flour, but be careful not to put too much) until it forms a ball. Do not knead.
- With a noodle stick, stretch the dough about 5 mm. Use a cutter of approx. 5 cm. (Remains gather; stretch and re-cut)
- Place in a mold with a silicone mat or greased and floured.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 20/25 minutes.
