- Water380 ml
- Milk190 ml
- Soybean oil190 ml
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Sweet Sprinkle500 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese300 g
- Salt to taste
- 1- Mix the oil, milk, water and salt in a pan on the fire, until it boils 2- Scald the starch in the mixture and wait to cool down
- 1- Add the eggs to the dough and knead until smooth 2- Add the grated cheese and knead again
- 1- Grease your hands with oil and make small balls 2- Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes until golden 3- Serve :)
