sweet sprinkle1 cup
sour starch2 cup
½ grated half-cure1 cup
½ water1 cup
¼ oil1 cup
eggs2 unit(s)
salt1 teaspoon

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a pan, bring the water and oil to a boil.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the sweet, sour and salt sprinkles.
Wait for the mixture to cool before proceeding to the next step. Otherwise the eggs will cook and the cheese will melt in the heat.
When the mixture is warm, add the grated cheese and mix well.
Add the eggs and knead (or beat) the dough until you have incorporated all the ingredients.
To shape the cheese breads, put a little oil in your hands, remove some of the dough and make balls. If the dough is too soft, use an ice cream scoop to help.
Place the balls on a baking sheet with a good space between them or use a muffin tin.
Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until golden. Serve hot.
