Cornstarch1 cup
Wheat2 cup
Sugar2 cup
Liquid whole milk2 cup
Margarine2 tablespoon
Baking Powder1 tablespoon
Grated Parmesan Cheese150 g

In the blender place the eggs and beat for 1 minute.
Add the milk, grated cheese, cornstarch, sugar, margarine. Beat very well to homogenize
Add the wheat flour little by little, and beat well after each addition.
Pour this mixture into a greased and floured mold (24 cm in diameter) with a central hole.
Take to bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let it cool, unmold and enjoy this beautiful cheese cake!
