  • Milk100 ml
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Coarse Grated Cheese200 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. In a container place the sour sprinkle, set aside. Boil the milk and butter and place over the Polvilho. Mix first with a spoon, as it is hot and as soon as it cools down a little more, mix with your hands until smooth.
  3. Add the grated cheese and dissolve well, until it's a smooth dough and no longer sticks to your hands.
  4. Add the egg and stir well again, until it no longer sticks to your hand, and finally, add the salt and stir well again, until everything is well mixed.
  5. Unite a mold, take an amount of dough, more or less a tablespoon full and mold it, making balls and put it in the greased mold.
  6. Take it to the oven and increase it to 230 degrees, but if your oven is very powerful, leave it at 200 degrees. Bake for about 35 minutes and it will be ready.
