- Sweet sprinkle1 cup
- sour starch1/3 cup
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 coffee spoon
- Milk1 cup
- Cheese (your preference)1/2 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Chia2 tablespoon
- Boil the milk together with the butter.
- In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients, sprinkles, salt, cornstarch and chia seeds.
- Add the milk to the dry ingredients, mix well and let it cool.
- Add the eggs and cheese to the dough. Mix well.
- Heat the sandwich maker or waffle maker well, grease it with a little butter if you need to. Add two very full spoons of the dough and wait until golden, then turn and leave for a few more minutes and it's ready.
