- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC for 20 minutes. Grease the mold (with a hole in the middle) with oil only. Beat the eggs, milk, oil, salt and baking powder in a blender. In a bowl, gradually mix the flour and cheese, plus what was beaten in the blender, thus done. Add the yeast and stir slowly. Bake in oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
