Whole milk400 ml
Olive oil70 ml
Eggs3 unit(s)
shredded mozzarella cheese300 g

Boil the milk and oil together, mix the flour with the salt.
After boiling, you put the hot liquids over the sprinkle with salt and mix quickly, so it doesn't dry out.
Then slowly mix in the eggs.
When it is warm, almost cold, stir in the cheese.
Take the pieces of dough and make balls with your hands, and put it in a greased shape to bake in a preheated oven at 250⁰C.
Then, when it is almost ready, you lower the oven temperature to 180⁰C, until it is properly colored, approximately 40 minutes.
