- sour starch200 g
- Milk120 ml
- Soybean oil100 ml
- Water120 ml
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Grated cheese (can be cured, half cured or quality Parmesan)250 g
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Mix the two sprinkles well.
- Put the oil, milk and water with salt to boil.
- Gradually add the hot mixture to the sprinkles until smooth.
- Stir for 5 minutes and make sure everything is homogeneous. let cool
- Add the eggs, mix with your hands.
- Add the cheese and mix well.
- Make balls and place in the oven. No need to grease the form.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes at 250 degrees.
- If you want to freeze, you need to place the balls in a shape, well separated so they don't stick.
