- Minas cheese in pieces (I used pre-cooked cheese, Minas is much better)200 g
- Preheat the oven to 210°.
- In a blender, beat the oil, eggs, milk and salt for 2 minutes.
- Add the sprinkle and beat again, then the cheese and beat for 30 seconds.
- Pour into cupcake liners and bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
