- Tapioca gum (which you can buy at the supermarket)300 g
- Cream cheese120 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese80 to taste
- In a bowl, combine the tapioca, the cream cheese (it tastes better with the homemade cream cheese than with what we buy to eat with bread) and the grated parmesan cheese.
- Mix everything and make balls. Grease a mold and place the balls on it.
- Add more cheese over the balls, take it to the preheated oven at 180 g, for approximately 25 minutes.
