  • Grated cheese (your choice)1 cup
  • Milk260 ml
  • Eggs2 cup
  • Sugar4 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Organic yeast tablet1 unit(s)
  1. In the blender, place the eggs, milk, sugar, yeast, oil, salt and the grated cheese, beat everything for about 2 minutes.
  2. In a bowl or container place all the ingredients that were beaten, then put the wheat flour little by little kneading with your hands.
  3. When the dough is loosening and is no longer sticking let it rest for 6 minutes and then make the balls and put it in a greased shape.
  4. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 15 to 25 minutes or until they are golden brown.
