Sweet sprinkle250 g
Polvilho Azevedo250 g
Salt1 tablespoon
Milk300 ml
Oil150 ml
Egg2 unit(s)
grated cheese800 g
Oil for greasing0 to taste

Place the sprinkle in a large bowl.
Separately, heat the salt, milk and oil.
When it boils, scald the sprinkle with this mixture, stir very well to break up the pellets. Let it cool.
Add the eggs, one at a time, alternating with the cheese and beating well after each addition.
Grease your hands with oil if necessary. Roll up 2 cm diameter cookies and place them on a greased baking sheet. Place in a medium oven (180º C), preheated. Bake until golden.
