- Sour Povilho1 cup
- Sour Cream1 cup
- Mozzarella1/2 cup
- Parmesan1/2 cup
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well until you get a homogeneous mass. Make several balls and if you want to pass the grated Parmesan before taking it to the oven, it's also delicious.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet and take to the medium oven, already preheated, for 30 minutes.
