- sour starch800 g
- Water1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Oil1/2 ml
- Grated Parmesan100 g
- Salt0 to taste
- In a pan, boil water and add milk, oil and salt. Add the sprinkle little by little until it binds. You may not need to use the 800g, so add it slowly and knead the dough until it comes out of your hand: that's the point. When the dough is warm, add the Parmesan cheese, eggs and mix well. Grease your hands and roll into 2 cm diameter balls. Arrange the balls on an oiled baking sheet, leaving a space between them. Bake in a medium oven (180º C), preheated, for about 40 minutes. Tip: if the cheese bread dough is too liquid, add more sour flour. And, if you like a cheese bread with a more refined flavor, you can fearlessly double the amount of cheese.
