- Chopped tomato to taste
- Cottage cheese 4 cheeses to taste
- Chopped Olives to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Use round or square pastry dough and line pies or cupcake pans, forming a basket. Add the stuffing: the cheeses, the curd, the tomato, the olive and the oregano. Bake in the oven or Air Frye until the dough is golden and the filling is melted. You can use other fillings. Bake time in Air Frye is very fast around 7 to 10 minutes. Keep an eye out.
