- Thread of olive oil to taste
- Grease a square refractory with olive oil and 1 tablespoon of oat bran;
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients;
- Place the dough mixture in the greased refractory;
- Bake in a preheated oven (200°) for 20 minutes;
- Remove and cut into bars;
- Return to the oven for another 15 minutes, until crispy.
