  • Breadcrumbs (for breading)1 unit(s)
  • Oil for frying1 cup
  1. method of preparation Gather all the ingredients; In a pan, put the milk, butter, turn on the medium fire and stir until it melts; Add the flour, salt and mix until you form a dough that releases from the pan; Turn off the fire, add the yolk, mix until incorporated into the dough and let it cool; Take small portions of the dough and shape it into a disc; Add the cube of cheese in the middle and, carefully, roll it until it closes well and forms a ball. Repeat the process until it's over; Pass the balls in the egg yolk, then bread in the breadcrumbs; Fry in very hot oil until golden well; Now it's just serving. Enjoy!
