- Breadcrumbs for dusting to taste
- Egg for breading1 unit(s)
- Milk for breading to taste
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Mozzarella to taste
- In a pan, put the water and the margarine, let the water boil and the margarine melt, add the broth sachet and mix.
- Add the flour all at once and mix until you get a smooth dough that releases from the bottom of the pan, forming a ball. Let the dough cool.
- Take small portions of the dough and stuff it with mozzarella.
- To coat, beat the egg with the milk and dip the already shaped balls in this mixture and then dip in the breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil and serve next.
