  • Wheat Flour4 cup
  • Water4 cup
  • Chicken or vegetable stock (sache)2 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs for dusting to taste
  • Egg for breading1 unit(s)
  • Milk for breading to taste
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella to taste
  1. In a pan, put the water and the margarine, let the water boil and the margarine melt, add the broth sachet and mix.
  2. Add the flour all at once and mix until you get a smooth dough that releases from the bottom of the pan, forming a ball. Let the dough cool.
  3. Take small portions of the dough and stuff it with mozzarella.
  4. To coat, beat the egg with the milk and dip the already shaped balls in this mixture and then dip in the breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry in hot oil and serve next.
