  • Grated Mozzarella300 g
  • Minas semi-cured cheese300 g
  • Cream cheese2 tablespoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Cornstarch Salt and Oregano to taste3 tablespoon
  1. Mix the cheeses with the curd, the egg and the starch. Season with salt and oregano to taste and knead until smooth. With your hands greased with oil, shape balls and arrange them on a greased baking sheet (at this point, you can freeze them open for 12 hours, transfer them to appropriate bags and keep them frozen for up to 3 months). Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Fry, a few at a time, in abundant oil, not too hot (160 ºC) until golden. Let drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.
