- In a container, place the cheese, cornstarch and one of the whole eggs, and mix, then knead with your hands until it becomes a homogeneous mass that does not stick to your fingers.
- Then make balls of the size you prefer.
- Dip the balls in the egg and breadcrumbs twice.
- Fry the balls in hot oil. And it's done!
