Coloque em uma panela o leite, margarina e o caldo de galinha e espere levantar fervura.Depois coloque a batata amassada e mexa bem e espere uns cinco minutos e coloque a farinha de trigo e com o auxílio de uma colher de pau mexa bem até que misture tudo e assim que começar a se desprender da panela estará pronto.
Coloque a massa sobre a mesa já untada com margarina e espere esfriar um pouco e vá sovando até que fique bem lisa e boa para que você possa trabalhar bem com a mesma.

Corte cubinhos de Mussarela e pegue uma colher de sopa de massa e enrole a massa no cubinho de mussarela fazendo as Bolinhas de Queijo.
Empane em dois ovos batidos e depois na Farinha de Rosca e frite em óleo quente.
