  • Grated Parmesan Cheese5 tablespoon
  • Margarine100 g
  • Milk1/2 cup
  • Wheat Flour2 cup
  • Coarsely grated Minas cheese250 g
  • Fresh pepperoni sausage100 g
  • Beaten eggs4 unit(s)
  • Salt, pepper and parsley to taste
  1. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, margarine, milk, wheat flour and salt. Work the dough until it is homogeneous and leaves your hands. With the dough, line the pie tins and set aside. Remove the skin from the sausage, chop it and fry it in its own fat until golden. Let cool. In a bowl, combine the cheese, sausage, milk, eggs, salt, pepper and parsley. Spread the filling over the pies, place them on a baking sheet and bake in the oven preheated to 200°C until golden.
