- Corn starch200 g
- Daisy or butter2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella200 g
- Put the milk and the friend in the blender until well incorporated.
- Bring the mixture to the fire with the mozzarella and salt.
- Stir well until the cheese melts and the mixture is incorporated, when it comes off the bottom of the pan, turn off the heat.
- Place in a pot to let rest for 30 minutes.
- Put it in the fridge overnight and it's done.
