Comece misturando bem os ovos, margarina e o açúcar. Coloque uma xícara de trigo mexa bem e adicione o fermento. Depois vá adicionando o trigo e o leite aos poucos até ficar uma massa firme. 
Amasse e sove bem a massa ao ponto que dê para esticar com o rolo.
Corte em retângulos pequenos e faça um corte no meio de cada retângulo e passe a massa por dentro do corte.
Frite em óleo bem quente.
Retire e coloque em papel toalha.
Depois, coloque em travessa e polvilhe com açúcar e canela. 


Start by mixing the eggs, margarine and sugar well. Put a cup of wheat, stir well and add the yeast. Then add the wheat and milk little by little until you get a firm dough.
Knead and knead the dough well enough to stretch with the rolling pin.
Cut into small rectangles and make a cut in the middle of each rectangle and pass the dough through the cut.
Fry in very hot oil.
Remove and place on paper towels.
Then place on a platter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
