  • Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Vinegar1 tablespoon
  • Wheat1 kg
  1. Start by mixing the eggs, margarine and sugar well. Put a cup of wheat, stir well and add the yeast. Then add the wheat and milk little by little until you get a firm dough. Knead and knead the dough well enough to stretch with the rolling pin. Cut into small rectangles and make a cut in the middle of each rectangle and pass the dough through the cut. Fry in very hot oil. Remove and place on paper towels. Then place on a platter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
