  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Maizena200 g
  • Oregano to taste
  • Stuffing of your choice to taste
  1. Cook the cassava only with water and salt, after cooking let it cool and pass it on the grater.
  2. Place in a bowl and add the salt, the egg, a pinch of oregano and the cornstarch.
  3. Mix well until you get a smooth dough, cut into three pieces and spread out the size of the shape, put the stuffing, then another layer of dough, stuffing until finished.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, it's done.
