Yellow Cassava1 kg
Melted butter50 g
Gems3 unit(s)
Salt to taste
Wheat flour3 cup
Diced Minas cheese200 g
Oil to taste

Peel the cassava and cook in the pressure cooker until it is very soft. Drain the water and mash with a fork until it becomes a puree.
Add the melted butter and egg yolks, mixing well with a wooden spoon. Add salt to taste.
Finally, gradually add the flour. Knead until you get the point (no longer sticking to your hands).
Shape the dough into balls, fill with the cheese cubes and fry in hot oil until golden.
Remove the dumplings from the oil with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel to drain.
