- Milk250 ml
- Sugar175 g
- Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
- Coconut milk (bottle)1 unit(s)
- Coconut Flakes50 g
- Cut the cassava into very small pieces and blend in a blender with milk until it becomes a soft dough.
- Place the cassava mass in a bowl and set aside.
- In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, butter and coconut milk for about 4 minutes.
- Add the liquid to the dough, add the coconut and mix well.
- Unite a shape 22 with oil, have the dough and take it to the oven at 200° preheated from 40 minutes to 1 hour.
- When you insert the toothpick to check if it is already baked, it will come out dirty. Be careful because even baked it gets soft in the middle.
- When it cools, it will get harder, but the point is like a pudding.
