  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Milk250 ml
  • Sugar175 g
  • Butter or margarine2 tablespoon
  • Coconut milk (bottle)1 unit(s)
  • Coconut Flakes50 g
  1. Cut the cassava into very small pieces and blend in a blender with milk until it becomes a soft dough.
  2. Place the cassava mass in a bowl and set aside.
  3. In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, butter and coconut milk for about 4 minutes.
  4. Add the liquid to the dough, add the coconut and mix well.
  5. Unite a shape 22 with oil, have the dough and take it to the oven at 200° preheated from 40 minutes to 1 hour.
  6. When you insert the toothpick to check if it is already baked, it will come out dirty. Be careful because even baked it gets soft in the middle.
  7. When it cools, it will get harder, but the point is like a pudding.
