- cassava1.5 kg
- wheat flour1 cup
- Cook the cassava for 30 minutes;
- Leave the cassava very dry and clear;
- Mash the cassavas, still hot, in a container, for the dough;
- Add the egg and salt to taste and stir well;
- Knead the dough well with your hands;
- Add the wheat flour to sprinkle the dough, until it gives the point;
- After the dough gives the point, roll the pieces into balls, until you form the donuts;
- Fry the donuts with the fat on point. Now just serve!
