- Bundle of spinach (leaves only)1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Minced Garlic1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Wash the spinach, and boil, then squeeze well to get all the water out.
- Sauté the spinach, mixing in the garlic, olive oil and salt.
- Mix the mashed cassava with the sautéed spinach, form a ball and then slightly flatten it
- Fry the dumplings in a non-stick skillet with a little oil until golden.
