Boiled and mashed cassava2 cup
Bundle of spinach (leaves only)1 unit(s)
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Minced Garlic1 to taste
Salt1 to taste

Wash the spinach, and boil, then squeeze well to get all the water out.
Sauté the spinach, mixing in the garlic, olive oil and salt.
Mix the mashed cassava with the sautéed spinach, form a ball and then slightly flatten it
Fry the dumplings in a non-stick skillet with a little oil until golden.
