- Margarine1 tablespoon
- grated onion1 to taste
- Salt to taste
- Milk1 cup
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- shredded cheese100 g
- Separated yolks and whites3 unit(s)
- Cook the carrots and mash and set aside.
- In a pan put the butter, the grated onion and let it fry.
- Put the flour dissolve in the milk with 3 yolks.
- Put in the pan and the chopped cheese.
- Let it thicken, turn off the heat and add the mashed carrots.
- Mix neither and put the egg whites in snow.
- Place in a refractory greased with margarine and place in the oven to brown.
