  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • grated onion1 to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Milk1 cup
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • shredded cheese100 g
  • Separated yolks and whites3 unit(s)
  1. Cook the carrots and mash and set aside.
  2. In a pan put the butter, the grated onion and let it fry.
  3. Put the flour dissolve in the milk with 3 yolks.
  4. Put in the pan and the chopped cheese.
  5. Let it thicken, turn off the heat and add the mashed carrots.
  6. Mix neither and put the egg whites in snow.
  7. Place in a refractory greased with margarine and place in the oven to brown.
  8. Enjoy your food.
