- White rice200 g
- Bacon50 g
- Pepperoni sausage50 g
- Pumpkin100 g
- Pepper (no matter the color, I recommend a red one for the aesthetic aspect)1/2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Black pepper, salt, thyme...1 to taste
- In a pan, fry the bacon and pepperoni, cut into small cubes, with the thyme
- Book them when you're ready.
- In the same pan: cook the minced garlic cloves and the minced onion for 5 minutes, and the minced pepper
- Cut the pumpkin into small cubes. This can be a little difficult, so I recommend cooking it in the oven ahead of time, until it becomes easier to cut.
- Add the pumpkin to the onions. Cook over low heat, covered, for 10 minutes.
- 10 minutes later add water and rice.
- When the rice is cooked, add the bacon and pepperoni, serve: it's ready!
