- In a blender, beat the carrots, sugar, eggs and oil, beat for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl add the wheat flour and the beaten mixture and mix well, add the yeast.
- Place in a greased and infarinhada shape, and take it to bake for approximately 45 minutes.
- For the syrup, add the condensed milk and the toddy mix in a pan until it thickens.
- After roasting, wait for it to cool, unmold and throw the topping.
