- Sugar2 cup
- 2 and 1/2 wheat flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Chocolate powder3 tablespoon
- In a blender, add the carrots, eggs and oil, then blend.
- Add the sugar and beat again for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl or mixer, add the flour and then mix again.
- Add the yeast and mix slowly with a spoon.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
- In a pan add the condensed milk and chocolate powder and mix, add the cream of milk and take it to the fire until it unglues from the bottom.
