  • oil1 cup
  • sugar1.1/2 cup
  • medium carrots cut into pieces2 unit(s)
  • Wheat flour2 unit(s)
  • yeast1 tablespoon
  • Topping and filling: condensed milk2 can(s)
  • Topping and filling: sour cream2 can(s)
  • Covering and filling: 50% chocolate powder2 tablespoon
  • Topping and filling: butter1 tablespoon
  1. PASTA Sift the wheat flour and put it in a bowl along with the sugar.
  2. Beat the eggs, oil and carrot in the blender for 5 minutes, then throw this mixture together with the wheat and sugar, stir well and finally add the yeast and stir slowly.
  3. Place in a greased and floured shape or with parchment paper, in a preheated oven 180° for 45 min.
  4. COVERAGE AND FILLING Mix the condensed milk well with the chocolate powder, then add the other ingredients, and keep stirring until it thickens (don't let it get to the point of brigadeiro)
  5. Let cool and place in the fridge for 2 hrs.
  6. Remove the cake, after cold cut into 3 pieces, take cling film and line the entire shape.
  7. Place 1 piece of cake, drizzle with milk and throw some of the stuffing, and so with the other parts, when you get to the last piece, pass the cling film and take it to the fridge for 3 hrs.
  8. Note: Leave some of the chocolate to cover the cake.
  9. After the fridge time you can cover the whole cake with the rest of the chocolate and you can serve.
