Carrot cake with chocolate syrup

Bater no liquidificador, a cenoura , os ovos, açúcar e o óleo por uns 5 minutos.

In a blender, beat the carrots, eggs, sugar and oil for about 5 minutes.

Peneire bem e acrescente a farinha de trigo aos poucos, e o fermento. Misture bem e leve ao forno em uma forma untada por 40 minutos e 180 graus.

Sift well and add the wheat flour little by little, and the yeast. Mix well and bake in a greased shape for 40 minutes and 180 degrees.

Para a cobertura, em uma panela acrescentar manteiga, leite condensado, creme de leite e chocolate em pó de sua preferência!

For the topping, in a pan add butter, condensed milk, milk cream and chocolate powder of your choice!
