Eggs2 unit(s)
Extra virgin olive oil2 dessert spoon
Oat flakes4 tablespoon
Xylitol2 tablespoon
Baking powder2 teaspoon
Dark chocolate30 g

Mix all the ingredients in the blender (except the yeast).
Place the dough in a bowl and lightly stir in the yeast.
Place in silicone molds and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 25 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave - with the help of a spoon spread the chocolate on each cookie.
