  • Extra virgin olive oil2 dessert spoon
  • Oat flakes4 tablespoon
  • Xylitol2 tablespoon
  • Baking powder2 teaspoon
  • Dark chocolate30 g
  1. Mix all the ingredients in the blender (except the yeast).
  2. Place the dough in a bowl and lightly stir in the yeast.
  3. Place in silicone molds and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 25 minutes.
  4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave - with the help of a spoon spread the chocolate on each cookie.
