- In a pan mix everything very well and take it to the medium fire always stirring until it unglued from the bottom of the pan, then put it on a platter and book.
- In the blender, beat the carrot cut into very small pieces, the eggs, the oil and the sugar until it forms a cream. Transfer to a large bowl and gradually add the flour, preferably with the help of a whisk. Add the lemon zest and baking powder, mixing gently.
- In a greased form pour the dough. Remember the brigadier you booked? Now with a spoon, put it on top (like balls) then just take it to the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes, it depends a lot on the oven.
- Then wait for it to cool and unmold. For the topping I used half a can of condensed milk and half of cream and 4 tablespoons of chocolate. The same process as the brigadeiro, just let it cook a little less and finished with sprinkles. It's perfect!
