  • Condensed milk1 pound
  • Sour cream1/2 can(s)
  • Chocolate powder4 tablespoon
  1. In the blender add the eggs, oil and carrot and sugar. Beat until everything is mixed.
  2. In a bowl add the flour and baking powder. And then just add the blender mixture and mix with a spatula or spoon. You don't need to move much.
  3. Grease a mold of your choice with margarine and wheat. Add the cake batter and bake in a preheated oven. The time varies a lot from the oven on mine I bake at a temperature of 220 degrees for a little over half an hour.
  4. For the topping in a pan I put the condensed milk and half a box of cream and the chocolate powder. I take it to the low fire stirring constantly, when it starts to boil I count 3 min and turn it off.
  5. After the cake is baked, I wait for it to cool down a bit to unmold it and put the icing on top and sprinkles to decorate.
