Beat the egg, carrot, sugar and oil in a blender.
Then add the wheat flour leaving the yeast mixing well.
Grease the form with butter and flour and pour the dough
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 35
BRIGADEIRO: In a pan, put all the ingredients for the brigadeiro, bring me to the fire, stirring for 10 minutes or until it thickens.
MOUNTING: Unmold the cake and cover with the brigadeiro.
