Wheat flour2 cup
Crystal sugar2 cup
Salt1 coffee spoon
Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
Syrup: chocolate powder3 tablespoon
Crystal sugar3 tablespoon
Water3 tablespoon
Butter1 tablespoon

Preheat the oven to 200°C
Grease a baking sheet with butter and sprinkle with flour
In a blender, beat 3 peeled and chopped carrots, 1 cup of sunflower oil and the 3 eggs, broken separately 1 by 1 to prevent any bad eggs from spoiling the entire recipe.
Remove the whipped cream from the blender and transfer it to a bowl.
In this bowl, add the wheat flour, sugar, salt and yeast, mix well until everything is incorporated, but do not beat so as not to disturb the action of the chemical yeast.
Transfer the dough to the roast that we have already greased. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 35 minutes.
Syrup: In a pan, mix all the ingredients, in low fire, always mixing until all the ingredients are incorporated, without letting it thicken.
Make it while the cake is baking, and when the cake comes out, poke holes in the cake with 1 fork and drizzle all over the cake with the syrup and the cake still warm.
