Descasque as cenouras e pique em rodelas;

Coloque no liquidificador:

Os ovos, a cenoura, o açúcar, o óleo e bata bem.

Despeje em uma bacia e acrescente a farinha de trigo peneirada aos poucos, misture  com o fuê.

Por fim acrescente o fermento e misture mais uma vez com o fuê.

Peel the carrots and cut into slices;

Put in blender:

Eggs, carrots, sugar, oil and beat well.

Pour into a basin and add the sifted wheat flour gradually, mix with the fuê.

Finally add the yeast and mix once more with the fuê.

Unte e esfarinhe com farinha de trigo uma forma de bolo.

Despeje a mistura

Dê batidinhas  na forma para subir as eventuais bolhinhas de ar.

Leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180° por 40 minutos.
