  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Condensed milk1/2 unit(s)
  • Chocolate powder2 tablespoon
  • Butter1/2 tablespoon
  • Sour cream3 tablespoon
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. Blend the peeled and sliced carrots, eggs, sugar and oil in a blender.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour and yeast. Add the beaten carrot and mix with a whisk.
  3. Pour the dough into a greased and floured shape and take it to the preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
  4. Prepare the topping by bringing the condensed milk, chocolate and butter to medium/low heat. Stir well until thickened. Turn off the heat and add the cream, mix well.
  5. Poke holes in the cake with a fork and pour the frosting while it is still hot.
