Large carrot1 unit(s)
Eggs2 unit(s)
Sugar2/3 cup
Oil1/2 cup
Wheat Flour2 cup
Baking Powder1 tablespoon
Chocolate bar or chips100 g

In the blender, beat the carrot (peeled and chopped), the eggs, the oil and the sugar. Transfer to a bowl.
Sift the flour and baking powder on top of the blender mixture. Stir with a fouet.
Place in cupcake liners and add 1 piece of chocolate to each cupcake.
Take to preheated oven at 200° for 20 minutes.
Tip: it's perfect for the kids to take in their lunch box!
